On 16 September 2010, I drove to Hodgdon Meadow to begin NerdPack 2010. I was joined at the campground that night by Dave Redell, Bryan Long, and Bob Jannerone. The next morning, we broke camp and drove to Tuolumne Meadows, where we were joined by Bruce Lindsay. Ate breakfast at the Tuolumne Grill, drove to the trail head, and walked in to Polly Dome Lakes. Dined on tortillas, beans, cheese, guacamole, salsa, and carrots.
The next day (Saturday), we had an excellent breakfast of very fancy oatmeal provided by Brian. We walked up Polly Dome. Failed to get to the top but enjoyed the view. Had Dave's famous chili for dinner.
Sunday, we had Bruce's pancakes for breakfast. Dave and Brian left early to get back for a 4PM meeting. Bob, Bruce, and Vance took a more leisurely departure. At the trailhead, we bade Bob farewell as he was going back west to 395. Bruce and I ate at the traditional Mexican restaurant in Oakdale.
